
Why did we start the project?
The Challenge
ACME Marine, a leader in high-performance propellers, relies on a trusted network of dealers to reach their end customers. However, the existing dealer portal on their Shopify site was proving to be a bottleneck. Dealers were frustrated with the confusing navigation of the custom fit calculator and lacked an efficient way to manage or track orders. Many were resorting to contacting ACME directly, leading to time-consuming back-and-forths and operational slowdowns.

- Redesigned Dealer Homepage: A new layout with an intuitive product selector.
- Custom Dashboard: Built a multi-tab, mobile-responsive dashboard tailored specifically for ACME’s dealers.
- Order Management Simplified: Dealers can now easily view current and past orders without needing ACME’s intervention.
- UX-Driven Design: Leveraged our UI/UX experience to make the portal clean, fast, and frictionless across devices.
The project was managed directly by VICI’s CEO, ensuring streamlined communication and alignment with ACME’s leadership team throughout the process.

What difference did we make?
The Results
The portal launched to positive dealer feedback, with early users reporting a significantly improved experience. While performance metrics are still being collected post-launch, the new system has already reduced dealer support inquiries and is expected to increase order volume and satisfaction over time.
Dealers now have a tool that not only saves them time but also encourages stronger ongoing relationships with ACME by making the sales process easier and more efficient.
